Taking care of your braces is important for the most efficient and effective treatment (that is, you’ll get them off faster!)

Here’s how.

1) Brush twice a day for at least two minutes. Floss once a day. 2) See your dentist every four months. 3) Avoid eating or chewing on these braces-busting items: sticky candy, hard candy, nuts, popcorn, ice, pens/pencils, fingernails. 4) Wear your rubberbands and other appliances just how Dr. Bonner instructs you.
